NO REGISTRATIONS ON THE DAY OF THE RACE!
No refunds or deferring to the following year... there are no exceptions to this policy. However, you can transfer to another category online until registration closes. Your confirmation email will contain a link that allows you to transfer. Keep your email order receipt as it contains everything you registered for.
You may request Handicap accommodation through the USATF. Please contact the website at usatf.org. This is a lengthy process so please request ahead of time.
El Paso Time Change:
Remember there is a time change between El Paso and Marathon!
4:00 - 7:00pm at the Community Center in Marathon. Same place as the finish line. See map on Race page.
If you are unable to be present at packet pick up, you can have someone pick it up for you or you can get only your race bib at the start of your race and pick up your packet after the race at the Community Center. Your t-shirt and food wristband will be in the packet.
5:30pm - 7:30pm - $15.00 /person. Order online with your registration (Gluten Free and Vegetarian options).

11:00 am to 1:45 pm – right at the Finish Line. DOUBLE serving line this year so you can get your food fast!!!
We will be serving up various BBQ and smoked meats along with cole slaw, an elote bar with all the fixings, and iced tea.
And......kegs of FREE BEER!!!
The lunch is $20.00 per plate. Extra plates can be ordered with the online registration. There will be a limited amount of tickets available the day of the race so be sure and reserve your spot by ordering a lunch online.
The Gage Hotel will be providing Massage therapists at the finish line. If you would like you can also schedule a massage with the Gage Spa. If you are interested in providing massages at the finish line please contact the director on the contact page.
The awards ceremony is at 1:15 pm at the Fundraiser lunch. We will bring in the last racer at 1:30.
In 20 minutes we give over 80 awards!!! - 1st, 2nd, 3rd for each overall race, men's and women's AND 1st & 2nd for each age category in each race. Folks are surprised they actually placed! We give awards so that you will come to the awards ceremony. It is a wonderful moment to end the race, if you haven't experienced one, you will go away with a smile on your face and a warm heart!

Make a reservation for dinner at The Gage Hotel or pick up something at the Brick Vault before music and dance at The Marathon Motel!
6:00 pm to 8:00 pm - The Oasis Food Truck will be on site to provide dinner.
8:00 pm - ??? The traditional Saturday night party continues in the Marathon Motel courtyard with music, fire pit, and free beer until it runs out, dance under our Class I Dark Skies while gazing at the Milky Way! BYOB
After sunset - the telescopes come out at the Marathon Sky Park at the motel. Time for our ongoing Star Party in Marathon. BYOB.
